DEVICE SETUP
Learning online with the best and highly qualified teaching team is easy, convenient and fun! Setup is as easy as 1-2-3. We will provide you with detailed instruction once you sign up.
For piano lessons: all you need is a reliable internet connection, a piano, and a laptop or tablet or smart phone (in order of preference) with a few of audio setting. An additional HD webcam will add great value to the learning experience.
For music theory lessons: all you need is a reliable internet connection and a desktop or laptop or tablet.
PLATFORM/APP
We mainly use the popular and user-friendly Zoom video conferencing platform (www.zoom.us). However, we also use other video conferencing platform/App such as WebEx; Google Meet; MS Team; Skype; WhatsApp; Duo; WeChat; Messenger; and Facetime.
